One of the problems with the chest armor was the indented box in the center. As with all the other parts the edges and corners were rather soft and also the box was not deep enough for all the things that will be painted and glued into it... Therefore...

And another day with the snowtrooper... The gauntlets didn't have the wrist band that are needed. The complete front area is missing with the gauntlets. Therefore I had to construct these parts and did that with paper... Then I started applying fibreglass...
